Massey Ferguson 230 - jak odczytać/zinterpretować numer seryjny?

Czy ktoś wie jak odczytać taki numer seryjny silnika:

 

CE 22488 U 757457 M

 

 

CE wiem że to jest silnik 3 cylindrowy z bezpośrednim wtryskiem paliwa, a pozostałe cześci numeru to nie wiem, chodzi mi głownie o U i M.
